Contatto Cina is a professional brand presenting independent interpreting and business support services between Italy and China.
1. Data controller
Anyan Chen, an independent professional operating from Shanghai, China under the trading name Contatto Cina.

2. Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, company (if supplied), email address, requested service, location, approximate dates and project description. Later email correspondence may contain additional information.
Please do not submit sensitive information or confidential documents through the form.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to assess and reply to enquiries, prepare proposals or quotations and coordinate potential work. Where GDPR applies, processing may rely on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b)), where relevant, or legitimate interests in handling B2B enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)), subject to a case-specific assessment.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
4. Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries are handled through Netlify Forms and stored in its administration dashboard. Email correspondence is handled using Apple iCloud Mail; notifications may also be delivered to the designated administrative email. Access to submissions is limited to the professional managing the service and necessary technical providers.
5. Retention
Enquiries not resulting in an engagement will normally be deleted within 12 months after the last communication. Records required for contracts, legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims may be retained for applicable periods. Deletion must also be performed in Netlify Forms and email copies where controllable.
6. International processing
The service is operated from China and uses international technical providers. Personal data may be processed in countries different from the visitor’s residence. The actual locations and any safeguards required under applicable law need to be confirmed with the providers and actual data flows.
7. Your rights
Email info@contattocina.com to ask about access, rectification or erasure, and to exercise other rights that apply to your personal data. Where applicable, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority.
8. Changes
This notice will be updated if the operating entity, technical suppliers or purposes change.
